The patient participation group is a group of registered patients who help us work with doctors, nursing and management staff to:
- Improve services
- Encourage health education
- Develop self-help projects to meet the needs of fellow patients, such as befriending, help with transport and bereavement support
- To act as a representative group that can be called upon to influence the local provision of health and social care
- Provide feedback and positive suggestions on matters of concern
Our group meets regularly, and is open to all patients of Westcroft Health Centre.
