- Insurance medicals
- Adoption medicals
- Medical forms for fitness centres
- Private letters etc
A fee will be charged for these services and for completion of any forms that are not covered by the NHS. You will be expected to pay in advance for these services. Please see our non-NHS service fees below:

- General practitioner reports – £145.00
- Holiday cancellation – TWIMC letter requested by patient – £35.00

Our GPs do not sign:
- Passports
- Shot gun licences
- Power of attorney forms
